Inspection/Assessment
Upon arrival our technician will inspect the water damaged area. They are trained to thoroughly assess the level of damage.

Water extraction removal of affected materials
After inspection the next step is to remove all standing water and affected materials. This is to help ensure that the drying process is fast and will minimize the risk of mold and secondary water damage.

Drying/dehumidification
Drying equipment will be placed to remove any dampness from the air as well as flooring walls. This will help and reduce warping, swelling or other structure damage. Our technicians will monitor the progress daily using specialized moisture meters to ensure that the drying process progresses properly.

Sanitization
Once drying is complete, we will sanitize all affected areas using antimicrobial and antibacterial treatments. This is a priority in our water damage restoration.
